2 times winner: King’s award 2024 and Queen’s award 2019 for Enterprise International Trade
The 2M Group of Companies has been crowned with a King’s Award for Enterprise for its excellence in international trade, marking the second time the organisation has been honoured with this award.
The Award programme, now in its 58th year, is the most distinguished business awards in the UK, with the 2M Group of Companies able to use the esteemed King’s Awards Emblem.
Under the leadership of CEO, Chair and founder, Mottie Kessler OBE and Business Export Director and co-owner Dr Maggie Kessler OBE, the 2M Group of Companies have strategically expanded its reach and reputation on the global stage. This has helped to boost the UK economy including Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Cosmetics, Green Sustainable Chemicals and Manufacturing.
“We are proud and grateful to receive such esteemed recognition from His Majesty. This award is a celebration of our accomplishments and serves as a catalyst for us to keep advancing the frontiers of innovation and sustainability within the chemical industry. A heartfelt thank you to our committed team, whose dedication and pursuit of excellence have made this achievement possible.” Mottie Kessler OBE, CEO and Chairman – 2M Group of Companies
“We are excited about the future as we continue to innovate and expand our reach. This award is a wonderful testament to the importance of UK export and of the contributions to global trade which the chemical industry makes every day. I would like to thank our business partners across the chemical industry for their long-term support. I would like to acknowledge the fantastic support of our contacts at the Department for Business and Trade (DBT). Their knowledge and insight is invaluable. Last but not least, I want to thank the dedicated team we have across 2M Group.” Maggie Kessler OBE, Co-Owner and Business Export Director – 2M Group of Companies
This achievement follows the 2M Group of Companies receipt of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade in 2019. The Award came in recognition of the significant export growth by 2M and in appreciation of 2M’s investment in young people’s access to a career in STEM, in the form of the 2M STEM programme, founded in 2016.
2M is proud to be an Export Champion for the DBT since 2013.
